July 13 - 17, 2025 ~ Lowenwood ~ Land O’Lakes, WI
The Wisconsin Institute for Next Generation Science is WSST’s premier professional learning opportunity. You may have heard veteran teachers talking about Science World or Science Futures and how much professional growth and networking that they got out of it. Well now it is your turn. For the next several years WSST is hosting 25 Wisconsin science teachers for a transformational professional experience.
Join us this July at the 1200 acre Lowenwood Estate in Land O’ Lakes, WI. Fuel your drive for delivering high-quality science learning experiences. Dig deeper into what 3 dimensional, phenomenon-based instruction looks and feels like. Experience first-hand the type of sense making intended with the Next Generation Science Standards. Most importantly, recharge your passion by reflecting on the impact that you are having and connect with like-minded science educators from around the state.
“Being surrounded by like minds has empowered me. Thank you WSST for slowing me down long enough to reflect and improve.”

Our team has presented at the NSTA and NSELA to share a blueprint for replicating the success of our labors.
