Chad Janowski
Executive Director

Chad started with the Einstein Project in March 2017. He spent 18 years in the classroom as a high school biology and environmental science instructor. He strives to make his passion for science and learning contagious. Chad has worked with the Professional Development Committee of the Wisconsin Society of Science Teachers (WSST), and was a founding member of the Science Futures Program which cultivates leadership and excellence in science instruction in Wisconsin. Chad received the Excellence in Science Education Award from WSST and in 2016, he was named Outstanding Biology Teacher of the Year by the National Association of Biology Teachers.
Dennis Rockhill
Makerspace Director

Dennis joined the Einstein Project team in Fall 2017. He spent three years co-founding, managing, and serving as the executive director of the nonprofit, Proto, Inc.; a youth-focused makerspace. From 1993-2015, Dennis held various technical, product development and design positions in the packaging industry with WS Packaging, Belmark, Inc., Kimberly-Clark Corp. and Wild Blue Technologies. He is an award-winning children's book author and illustrator and an alumni of UW-Green Bay with a degree in Graphic Design & Illustration.
Kim Lemberger

As a classroom teacher for over 25 years, Kim's personal mission is to provide meaningful, hands-on, minds-on learning experiences for every child to empower them for their future. She has been a long-time supporter of the Einstein Project since attending her first academy in 1993. She has served as a unit trainer and specialist in science notebooking. Kim joined the Einstein Project team in June of 2017 after her career as a middle school teacher.
Elizabeth Mayenschein

Elizabeth joined Einstein Project in June of 2023, after 10 years as an elementary classroom teacher. She has always had a goal to inspire and empower every student, helping them to discover their unique strengths and passions, while fostering a love for learning that extends beyond the classroom. Stepping into a position where Elizabeth is able to help teachers find their strengths as educators, she knows that she is able to impact even more students than possible as a classroom teacher.
Andy Shamburek

Andy joined Einstein January, 2020. He graduated from UWGB in May, 1994 with a bachelors degree in accounting and has been working at various nonprofit and governmental organizations ever since. Andy is especially excited working at Einstein because Einstein brings much needed experience in the STEM areas to those who will be hopefully working in those areas in the future. Andy also is excited working with the cool Einstein team! Away from work he enjoys spending time with his family both at home and church, watching sports, and reading books.

Derek has been with Einstein Project since 2022. His background in shipping and receiving helps us coordinate our shipping schedule for getting all our kits out to schools on time. He enjoys the time on the road, and helping get students what they need to have a good foundation for STEM education. In his spare time, he travels the Midwest playing shows as the drummer of his band.
