Julie Paavola has served as the Executive Director of The Einstein Project since January, 2006. Julie has a BA from Western Michigan University in English with a minor in Communications. Prior to joining The Einstein Project, she served as director of the Meyer Theatre during the renovation, restoration and re-opening of the historic structure. Previous to coming to Green Bay, Paavola was assistant director of Academic Communications at Western Michigan University, and spent 10 years as a broadcast news reporter. Paavola was born and raised in the U.P.
Julie is The Einstein Project's spokesperson and also the contact for bequests and overall organizational questions.

Katy Compton is our Special Events Coordinator. Katy was most recently doing events for Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership and has also worked at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center (Space Camp!) Originally from Fond du Lac, Katy has a Bachelor of Science in History, Journalism and Public Relations from Marian University.

Cathy Cravillion earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Psychology from UW-Green Bay. She is responsible for the daily operation of the Science Resource Center and maintenance of our facility, including the management of the SRC staff, volunteers, and Senior Aides, updating inventory databases, and overseeing the packing of materials and units for distribution.

Kristi Franz has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design. She is a Production Coordinator in the Science Resource Center, where she coordinates material and unit processing, and processes missing or damaged items, and coordinates volunteer projects.
Kristi is also a member of the Butterflies & Friends on Parade committee and a past BOP artist.

Nicole Gajewski is the part-time Administrative Assistant. In addition, she works PT at a local mortgage company as an office assistant. Nicole is from Green Bay, has an Admin degree and is also working on a Business Management degree from NWTC.

Connie Greenawald is the Development & Communications Director. Prior to joining The Einstein Project, she was the executive director of the Bay Area Humane Society & Animal Shelter and the Communications Director at the United Way of Brown County. She also worked for 10 years for Shopko Stores, Inc., and has a Marketing Communications degree.

Dave Guelig is a part-time Production Associate, and a member of the Science Resource Center team. He prepares unit and refurbishment product, receives deliveries, and processes units for distribution to schools. Dave retired after 25 years at Fort Howard Corporation.

Marie LeCloux is The Einstein Project Staff Accountant. She has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Marie has made a career in the accounting and tax fields, in both the public and non-profit sectors.

Linda Leupold is a part-time Production Associate, and a member of the Science Resource Center team. She prepares unit and refurbishment product, receives deliveries, and processes units for distribution to schools. Linda was a staff member of the Brain Injury Team at NEW Curative Rehabilitation for 15 years prior to joining Einstein.

Carol Pearson is the Professional Development & Purchasing Director, responsible for professional development, school unit orders, and purchasing unit materials. With a BS in Biology and a minor in Chemistry, Carol was a chemist for the Jos. Schlitz Brewery, McCormick Spice Company, and Donohue Water Quality Lab. She also taught basic and bio organic chemistry at Lakeshore Technical College and NWTC for 18 years.
